its getting there

Recently I have been listening to alot of Bob Dylan. This entry's title is inspired by the refrain of not dark yet. We haven't moved yet, but we are getting there. Blythe and I decided on an apartment today. Here is the building

It is a 2 BDRM , 2 BTH (kind of dumb to abbreviate bath as BTH, especially with this ridiculously long aside, but it looks nice so deal). It has in unit washer dryer, 1 car garage, small patio, hardwood floors in the living room, carpet in the bedrooms. Lots of closet space and a dishwasher. There is a big park half of a block away. The Math building at UIC is half a mile, and the Blue line stop is 3/4 of a mile. It is an excellent apartment, but for 1600 dollars a month it had better be.

Exciting news to match our finding a new apartment - Blythe has a job offer. Columbia college, downtown chicago full time instructorship. A great relief for us, now all we have to do is move. I would feel like vacation had finally started, if I didn't have to figure out submitting my thesis, finishing the three papers I have in the works, writing a talk, going to rome, and going to brazil. Everything is coming together, not done yet but uh... (see the title)
